I never set out to become The Sparkle Coach.

For years, I was carrying more than most people knew. 
After my mother's devastating stroke in 2012, I became her primary caregiver. I navigated hospital stays, nursing homes, medical decisions, and the emotional weight of watching someone I loved fight for her life. At the same time, I was raising my children as a single mom and building the business that would eventually become Krown & Glory.

When my mother passed away, I had a choice: allow grief to consume me or allow it to transform me.

I chose transformation.

But life wasn't finished stretching me yet.

Following what was supposed to be a routine breast lift procedure, I experienced major complications that resulted in five surgeries within six months. While recovering, managing a wound vac, running a business, and caring for my family, I was forced to rebuild not only my body — but my identity.

The woman you see today was born from those seasons. The sparkle wasn't created in comfort. It was born in the fire.

It was born through grief, healing, faith, and resilience.

When life tried to break me apart, I learned how to gather the pieces, put them back together, and create something beautiful from them.

And somewhere in that rebuilding, I realized something powerful: God had kept me here for a reason.

The Sparkle Coach was born when I stopped asking, "Why is this happening to me?" and started asking, "How can I use this to help someone else?"

I came to understand that my light wasn't meant to be hidden. It was meant to illuminate the path for others.

Today, my mission is simple: to help women carry less, care more, embrace their confidence, and walk boldly in the purpose God created for them.

Because I know what it feels like to sit in darkness.

And I know what it feels like to find your way back to the light.

If my story teaches anything, it's this:

No matter what you've been through, your light still matters.

And the world needs it.
