Refund Policy

All sponsorships, contributions and partnership payments are non-refundable.

Why

Sponsorship funds are committed immediately to pageant entry fees, wardrobe, travel, printing, merchandise and community outreach. Because those costs are incurred as soon as your sponsorship is received, payments cannot be refunded or transferred.

Cancellations

Once a sponsorship payment is completed it cannot be cancelled. If the event is rescheduled or changed, your benefits will be delivered around the updated schedule or replaced with benefits of comparable value.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or believe a payment was made in error, email hello@misskrisj.com within seven (7) days of the charge and it will be reviewed and corrected.

Benefits not delivered

If a benefit included in your package cannot be delivered, you will be offered a replacement benefit of comparable value.

Individual contributions

Gifts made through the community support link are also non-refundable and are not tax deductible.
