Sponsorship Terms

These terms apply to the Sparkle Supporter, Confidence Advocate and Take Up Space Partner sponsorship packages purchased through misskrisj.com.

What you receive

Your benefits are the ones listed on the sponsorship package you purchased at the time of purchase. Benefits are delivered across the pageant season leading up to and following the finals.

Logos and brand assets

To be included in printed signage and website recognition, please email your logo and preferred display name to hello@misskrisj.com within seven (7) days of purchase, and no later than fourteen (14) days before the event. Logos received after print deadlines will still be honored digitally. High-resolution PNG or vector files are preferred.

Tickets and merchandise

Where your package includes tickets, guest names must be provided at least fourteen (14) days before the event. T-shirt sizes must be confirmed at purchase or within seven (7) days. Unclaimed tickets and unconfirmed sizes cannot be substituted for a refund or credit.

Social features

Social media features are published on Miss Kris J's owned channels. Timing, creative direction and captions are at her discretion, and reach or engagement is not guaranteed.

Event changes

Pageant dates, formats and venues are controlled by the pageant organization. If the event is rescheduled or changed, sponsorship benefits will be delivered around the updated schedule or replaced with benefits of comparable value.

Suitability

Miss Kris J reserves the right to decline or refund a sponsorship from a brand that conflicts with her values, platform or existing partnerships.

Sponsorships are one-time payments processed by Stripe and are non-refundable. See the Refund Policy for details.
