This Privacy Policy explains how Miss Kris J ("we", "I", "my") collects, uses and protects information you provide through misskrisj.com.

Information I collect

When you become a sponsor I collect the details you enter in the sponsorship form: your name, business or brand name, email address, phone number, website, social handle, the display name you want recognized, T-shirt sizes, guest names for tickets, and any notes you add. I also record whether you agreed to logo usage and the sponsorship terms.

Payment card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and are never received or stored by me. Stripe shares only a payment confirmation and basic billing information.

How I use it

Your information is used to process your sponsorship, deliver the benefits of your package (signage, website recognition, social features, tickets and merchandise), send confirmations and receipts, and follow up about your partnership. With your permission, your name, brand name and logo may be displayed publicly as sponsor recognition.

Sharing

I do not sell your information. It is shared only with service providers that make this site and its payments work — currently Stripe for payment processing and my website and database hosting provider — and where required by law.

Retention and your choices

Sponsorship records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, tax and recognition purposes. You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your information, or ask that your public recognition be removed, by emailing hello@misskrisj.com.

Cookies

This site uses only the essential cookies and local storage required for the site and the Stripe checkout to function.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
