Content ownership

All photography, writing, branding and design on this site belong to Miss Kris J unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without written permission. By submitting a logo or brand assets, you confirm you have the right to use them and grant permission for their use in sponsor recognition.

Purchases

Sponsorship purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are charged as one-time payments. Sponsorship purchases are subject to the Sponsorship Terms and the Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these terms.

Coaching, speaking and other services

Coaching, speaking and partnership services are provided for personal and professional development. They are not medical, mental health, legal or financial advice, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miss Kris J is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its services. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid.
